Celebrating Live Music and Delicious Food in Suffolk

Belshazzar's Feast

Join us for the return of Froize in June when we will be hosting the fantasic Belshazzar’s Feast on Sunday 13th June 2021.

Paul Sartin (vocals, oboe, violin and swanee whistle) and Paul Hutchinson (accordion) entertain with their eclectic and eccentric mix of tunes, songs and chat that sends audiences home with a smile.

This event will be hosted in our outdoor marquee at 50% capacity.

THE BREATH

On Friday 2nd July 2021 we will be hosting spell binding duo, The Breath.

Ríoghnach’s  utterly engaging, stop-you-in-your-tracks voice  and extraordinary storytelling is paired with Stuart’s understated musical brilliance.  Yet it’s the emotional depth of the songs and the remarkable connection the duo share on stage that make the Breath’s live performance so compelling.

This event will be hosted in our outdoor marquee at 100% capacity.

What is Folk at the Froize?

A monthly event which takes place in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, close to the Heritage Coast in a place called Chillesford. David Grimwood, owner of the Froize, wants to bring together two of his passions in one evening: gorgeous music and fabulous food (all locally sourced of course).

We support the UK music scene, both locally and nationally, and bring you artists that you may or may not have had the opportunity to hear before, that we think are simply wonderful. Don’t be fooled by the name … it’s not just about Folk music. ‘Folk’ covers such a broad spectrum of musical styles these days, and we plan on finding some real gems!
